Highlight integrations with tools your prospects use

When to consider this playbook

If you can identify tech your visitors have that integrate with your product, you should personalize your website to highlight your integration capability. This data may come from IP enrichment or from your own first party data in Segment or Salesforce.

Data available to you

Mutiny identifies the visitor's company through IP and provides nearly 400 tech tags that are available on the company's website. Here are a few examples of tech tags available:

  • Google Analytics

  • Stripe

  • Facebook Advertiser

  • Mailchimp

  • Amazon S3

  • Salesforce

See full list of tech tools here

This data source works best for tech that is detectable from the company's website. However, if you have data on your prospect's tech stack in your own database, you can use it in inbound or outbound experiences with our native Salesforce integration.

How to personalize

If you have an integrations section on your page, personalize it based on the visitor's tech stack to highlight how easily you will fit in. Example headlines include "Works with your tech stack" or you can call out a specific integration such as "Integrates with Segment to access your customer data."

See it in action

Segment is a customer data platform that lets you collect, standardize, and activate your customer data in all your marketing and analytics tools with a single API. They have integrations with hundreds of products.

Segment's generic site experience highlights their most popular integrations. With Mutiny, they are able to customize the integrations directly to the products each company uses.

Below is an example of what Life is Good would see on Segment's site.
