When to consider this playbook

If you can identify tech your visitors have that integrate with your product, you should personalize your website to highlight your integration capability. This data may come from IP enrichment or from your own first party data in Segment or Salesforce.

Data available to you

Mutiny identifies the visitor's company through IP and provides nearly 400 tech tags that are available on the company's website. Here are a few examples of tech tags available:

This data source works best for tech that is detectable from the company's website. However, if you have data on your prospect's tech stack in your own database, you can use it in inbound or outbound experiences with our native Salesforce integration. 

How to personalize

If you have an integrations section on your page, personalize it based on the visitor's tech stack to highlight how easily you will fit in. Example headlines include "Works with your tech stack" or you can call out a specific integration such as "Integrates with Segment to access your customer data."
