By Participating in the Games, you are signifying that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)

Eligibility: The Mutiny Surv-ai-vor Games (the “Games”) is open to everyone, however the grand prize of $10,000 USD is only available to legal residents of the USA who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who are not employees, officers, and directors of Mutiny HQ Corporation (“Mutiny” or “Sponsor”), or their immediate family members or those living in the same household of each, or episode hosts and sponsors are not eligible to participate in the Games (each an “Eligible Participant”). The Games are void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations apply. Participation in the Games constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to the Terms and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Games.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Terms.

Games Period: The Games begin on October 24, 2023, at 9 AM PST and end on November 9 at 9:30 AM PST ("Games Period"). All entries and challenges must be received within the Games Period to be eligible to win.

How to Enter: During the Games Period, Eligible Participants can enter the Games by registering at mutinyhq.com/ai (each registrant is an “Registered Participant”). Limit one (1) entry per person during the Games Period. Eligible Participants attempting to circumvent the rules may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, incomplete, late, or ineligible entries or for failure to receive otherwise eligible entries due to transmission or technical failures of any kind including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network.  To be eligible for the Grand Prize, Registered Participants must then, before the expiration of the Games Period achieve the highest score of all Registered Participants by competing in the challenges found in the Games sessions. A Registered Participant who completes all of the challenges is considered an “Entrant”.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a cash award of $10,000 USD. Eight (8) Solo Stoves will be awarded during the first week of the competition. Three (3) Oura Rings will be awarded during the second week of the competition. Additional prizes may be awarded at Sponsor's discretion. The prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed.

All prizes are awarded as-is, without warranty or guaranty, either express or implied.  Sponsor makes no warranty as to the quality or fitness of any prize awarded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrant understands and acknowledge that they may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from Sponsor should their prize fail to be fit for purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prizes not specified herein as being awarded. Sponsor will not provide any compensation or reimbursement whatsoever with respect to any costs associated with utilizing a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prizes (or components thereof) with other prizes (or components thereof) of equal or greater value if the prizes are not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor at their sole discretion. By entering the Games and accepting a prize, the Potential Winner agrees to follow with all applicable laws. 

Winner Selection: A potential winner will be selected within 30 days following the end of the Games Period from all Entrants. A Winner will be selected at the full discretion by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Games. The Sponsor’s computer will be the official time-keeping device for the Games. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Participants.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by the email associated with the Entrant’s registration within 5 days after winner selection. The potential winner must respond within 2 days of notification, providing full name, contact information, and any other required information. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected via a new drawing conducted by Sponsor from all Eligible Participants.  Sponsor is not responsible for any potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for potential winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.  

Indemnity: By participating in the Games, participants agree to release and hold harmless Mutiny and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Games or receipt, use or misuse of any prize.

Publicity: Each Entrant agrees to the publication, reproduction, and/or other use of their name, social media handles, voice, statements about the Games and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast, or the internet.

Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Games will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Information provided during registration may be shared with third-party sponsors of the Events.

Sponsor: The Games is sponsored by Mutiny HQ, 450 Fair Oaks St, San Francisco CA 94110.

General Conditions:  THE GRAND PRIZE IS OPEN TO U.S. RESIDENTS AND IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CALIFORNIA. The decisions by the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the Games are final and binding on all Entrants without right of appeal. Anyone deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and/or spirit of these Terms for any reason is subject to disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor at any time.

The Sponsor will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website or any platform during the Games; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access provider, computer equipment, or software; (iii) the failure of any attempted entry, entry materials and/or other information to be received, captured, or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Games; (v) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or potential winner; and/or (vi) any combination of the above.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend, or suspend the Games (or to amend these Terms) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of the Games as contemplated by these Terms, including, without limitation, any error, problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Games in any way (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend, or suspend the Games, or to amend these Terms, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, time frames, and/or other Giveaway mechanics stipulated in these Terms, to the extent deemed necessary by Sponsor, for purposes of verifying compliance by any Eligible Participant, Entrant, entry materials, and/or other information with these Terms, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Games as contemplated in these Terms, or for any other reason.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Terms and disclosures or other statements contained in any Games-related materials, these Terms shall prevail, govern, and control to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the Terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms or the rights and obligations of Entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Games will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
