A rebellion built in
New York City

Mutiny is a close-knit team building the future of how companies grow. We're based in Flatiron, working in person because the best ideas happen when you're in the same room.

Backed by world-class investors

Our investors include prominent venture firms such as Sequoia Capital as well as GTM executives from companies like Uber, Salesforce, Figma, Snowflake, Visa, Square, and Condé Nast.

Redefine how companies grow

Millions of people in sales and marketing are trapped in the same web of dependencies. Great customer experiences drive growth, but building them requires writing, design, development, data, and more. Each skill is owned by someone different, creating a culture of handoffs, approvals, and waiting. The best ideas sit in someone else's queue. Or worse, after years of hearing no, people stop asking.

Speed is everything, and dependencies are the enemy. We're building AI that puts the power back in people's hands." — Jaleh Rezaei, CEO and Co-founder, Mutiny

We're building AI that serves as a proactive teammate, eliminating months of hand-offs and coordination. Revenue teams can finally execute at the speed of their ideas and play a massive role in their company's success.

Mutineer values

We started Mutiny by first codifying what type of culture we wanted to build. Our values define how we approach our work every day.

01

Work should feel like play

The corporate world teaches us to be"professional." In reality, quality degrades when work is done by a "work self." We do our best work when we are our real selves.

02

Faster always wins

Humans are wired to move slowly to avoid risk. We prioritize speed. Moving fast leads to mistakes, but it also leads to learning faster and course-correcting quickly.

03

Do the right thing when no one's watching

It's easy to put on a show. We take responsibility for our mistakes and make hard decisions in a way that would make us proud. Even if it's just wiping up a spill in the kitchen.

04

Don't be afraid to piss people off

Progress requires rocking the boat. Truths tend to be hard to face at first. We seek radical candor over ruinous empathy and disrupt inertia every single day.

05

All hands on deck

To win, we have to keep going where others have stopped. We have to want it more. Every individual action is the difference between winning or losing a customer.

06

Live in the world you want to change

Customer centricity means getting close to the pain. We go and see what's actually happening on the ground to make the change we want to see in the world.
