What is a credit?
A credit is one interaction with the Mutiny AI agent. One request, one output. Credits are also used for AI enrichments in Account Studio (every 50 enrichments = 1 credit), available for Enterprise Accounts Only. Credits are shared across your whole team in a single pool.
What happens if my team runs out of credits?
We'll notify your admin well before you hit the limit. You'll get a heads-up at 80% usage. If you do run out, admins can purchase additional credit packs at any time without waiting for renewal. We also have a one-month rollover, so unused credits from the current month carry forward.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over for one month and are consumed first in the following period.
What's the difference between Business and Enterprise?
Business is self-serve and great for growing teams. Enterprise adds SSO for IT/security compliance, Salesforce & HubSpot integration, hands-on onboarding support and a dedicated CSM, custom DPA, and template prompts for scaled 1:1 personalization. Enterprise is also the right choice for teams that need a higher credit volume or custom contract terms.
What are Template prompts?
Template prompts let you set custom instructions for your templates. These help you define guardrails, required fields, or specific questions that anyone using that template will follow. It's how teams standardize their AI outputs at scale: instead of every rep or marketer prompting the Agent from scratch, you bake your best practices directly into the template so everyone works from the same playbook. Template prompts are an Enterprise feature.
Can I add more credits without upgrading my plan?
Yes. Business and Enterprise customers can purchase add-on credit packs (100 credits for $100) at any time directly from their billing settings. A plan change is not needed to add credits.
